Thank you to everyone that particpated in the online survey and community meetings regarding the Route 259. We
appreciate your feedback and will use it to guide future changes. The senior ridership on this route has been growing
and many riders let us know how much they like the service and the drivers.
In response to survey results, Marin Transit has started morning
supplemental school service to Terra Linda School in August 2007. This service is operated by Golden Gate
Transit Route 139 and travels a slightly different route than the shuttle.

Changes in December 2006 were designed to serve more residents by traveling farther in Lucas Valley. This route will continue to operate hourly on weekdays from around 8 am to 6 pm with a
two hour midday break.
