The Marin County Transit District (Marin Transit) invites qualified operators to submit proposals for the operation of the West Marin Stagecoach and the Muir Wood Shuttle services, which together make up Marin Transit’s Rural and Seasonal Transit Program. This RFP announces the merging of two highly successful and growing transit services, previously operated independent of each other, in the primarily rural area of western Marin County. RFPs providing innovative and value-added features are especially sought. The selected agency will need experience in transit operations in small to medium size communities.
